So here's an update. I haven't had much time lately. Life is going pretty good, it's been a weird winter because we've had hardly no snow. Kind of sucks, but I can live with it...kind of wanted to ride my snowmobiles. Now on the other hand, I've been kickin ass in the weight room and been bulking up. Feeling pretty good, no stress and drama. I'm loving that. Alright well, I'll update soon as I can.

These past couple of days have been kind of hectic. Just finished up the last bit of schooling I had to do, so I'm very pleased with that. Been busting my ass in the Gym everyday and getting back to my normal routine. I'm weighing in on the scale about 225lbs and I'll get back to 235lbs soon. It'll be quality weight, no fat like some people will put on after a month or 2. Here's what my days have been like:

Monday Morning Workout Eating Routine

-Get up around 5 in the morning

6:00 AM.... 6 egg whites and some toast                                                                     

6:30 AM.....Shakes and some suppliments

7:00 AM.....2 hour workout training

9:00 AM.....60grams- Lean Protein....80grams-Complex Carbs with some Muscle Milk

12:00.......4 Nitrix Tablets

12:45 PM.....2 Axis HT Tablets, 60grams-Lean Protein, 80grams Complex Carbs and a 20oz water

4:00 PM.....Shake

6:30 PM.....Suppliments

7:00 PM.... 80grams- Lean protein, 100grams- Complex carbs with water

9:00 PM....Shake

I'll post more stuff when I have some free time, but in the mean time....I'm off to the Gym

A Goal is a dream with a deadline!

So I go to the gym everyday right? I see some postitive things and I see some negative things every single day with people! I like to see people bust their ass in the gym and how they push and work hard on every rep that they do, and knowing at the end of their workout they know that they just gave it their all. I hate it when you have a person or 2 in the gym that just walk around and talk and never do anything but talk about their "goals"....I just laugh to myself cause I know they'll never reach it cause they never do anything while they're in the gym. And having to train them is even a bigger joke because they ALWAYS complain the next day that their "body hurts" or the "weight it too much" Umm...HELLO! It's supposed to hurt and burn down deep inside cause you know you're giving 110% on your workout. I get my rush off that kind of stuff...knowing that I'm working hard and on my last set of something I push even harder. I love waking up in the mornings SORE cause I know I had a pretty good damn workout. Makes me feel good about myself.....I guess some people don't like work hard? Like the saying  from Animal Pak......SHUT UP AND TRAIN!
