These past couple of days have been kind of hectic. Just finished up the last bit of schooling I had to do, so I'm very pleased with that. Been busting my ass in the Gym everyday and getting back to my normal routine. I'm weighing in on the scale about 225lbs and I'll get back to 235lbs soon. It'll be quality weight, no fat like some people will put on after a month or 2. Here's what my days have been like:
Monday Morning Workout Eating Routine
-Get up around 5 in the morning
6:00 AM.... 6 egg whites and some toast
6:30 AM.....Shakes and some suppliments
7:00 AM.....2 hour workout training
9:00 AM.....60grams- Lean Protein....80grams-Complex Carbs with some Muscle Milk
12:00.......4 Nitrix Tablets
12:45 PM.....2 Axis HT Tablets, 60grams-Lean Protein, 80grams Complex Carbs and a 20oz water
4:00 PM.....Shake
6:30 PM.....Suppliments
7:00 PM.... 80grams- Lean protein, 100grams- Complex carbs with water
9:00 PM....Shake
I'll post more stuff when I have some free time, but in the mean time....I'm off to the Gym
